The Paintballing Event
Paintball is considered to be one of the most fun, most exciting, and most adrenalin pumping activities on the planet. Its funny how a concept of shooting someone with paintball guns could be so fun. If you love to place action video games like Call of Duty or Battlefield, you might want to give paintballing a shot.
Paintballing can either be done solo or with a group of friends. As long as you have a decent paintball gun you will be good to go. Well, actually you will also need paintballs since this is the ammunition used by your gun. One great thing I did discover about paintballing is that I hardly got hit when I played. Also, if I did manage to get hit I wouldn't really feel it since I had so much adrenaline pumping through my veins.
Also, at the end of every single match I seemed to be super tired. I definitely recommend this as a great exercise option. There are always rules that must be followed to ensure that no one get hurt when they are not playing. The paintballing field I went to play at would not let you walk around with your gun unless you were headed to the actual game field. Even though many people complained about this, they knew that it was for their own safety. At the end of the day people will be happy to be leaving with both eyes.
The only bruises I did have were left from being shot while playing. I was able to keep playing and not feel them till I got home. It was an excellent experience for me and I cannot wait to go back to paintball. Not only did I shed a few pounds but I also made many new friends. Who knew that the paintballing community could be so big? Regardless, if I would have had fun or not, any new experience is always worth it.
Next time I do go, I might want to check out other type of paintballing gear such as a better vest or even a better hopper. A hopper is the container that is attached to your gun that holds all of your ammunition. Some of the many experienced paintball players there gave me great tips and they also wanted me to get better so that next time I could play against them. I think I will take it one day at a time.
Soccer is still my sport of choice, but I will never forget this experience. Who knows, I may just do a whole lot better the next time around. I’ll have to watch some videos or play more Call of Duty to perfect my skills.
